Dogs do this when there excited/nervous. Was he excited/nervous and when he did it? Nothing to worry about.

i have two answers to that.... 1. He's rabid 2. It's normal my uncle has a big dog who has foamy drool, its not big deal.
all dogs produce a little drool, its nothing to worry about.
it's probably saliva. it's nothing to worry about, every dog does it.
Give him some water! He's dehydrated.
