Foamy discharge from my dogs mouth!help!!!?

it cant be rabies,we gav her lots of anti rabies injection and there is no chance of rabies.


the story: i took my dog 4 a walk, and she went and started smellin a stray dog puppie's butt, and after that the discharge came out of her mouth!!! what is it?Foamy discharge from my dogs mouth!help!!!?
Dogs have a habit of chasing lizards and frogs, catching them and possibly eating them. It is the game. If this has occurred, they will always foam at the mouth from the enzymes in both . It could also be rabies, but the only way you will be able to find out for sure is to go to the vet.Foamy discharge from my dogs mouth!help!!!?
Have you recently used a flea spot on? Where did you put it on the dog if you did, if she has managed to lick that area or ingest some of the spot-on this can cause foaming at the mouth. If this is whats causing the foaming at the mouth then it should pass quick quickly and she may throw up to or drink more than usual.


The only other things I can think that may be causing her to do this is if she has ingested products like shampoo, conditioner, soap, mouthwash, moisturiser, body lotions/wash etc etc that may have caused the foaming.


Thats all I can think of, my best advise would be to either visit or call your vet.
take her to the vet immeadiately!!! you never know what can happen...even if it isnt rabies..it can be something important cause they smelled a dogs rear end...and now foam is coming out! take her to the vet!! hope she gets better if there is anything wrong!
Is it actually foamy or just frothy? it might just be excess drool. Otherwise, it could possibly be rabies depending on how long ago the injections were administered.
Why are you on here asking questions? Take her to vet.
